3 Ways You'll Lose Money if You Buy a Hemp Lab Testing Machine

A hemp lab testing machine can cost your company hundreds. But this investment isn't likely to pay off. Learn why one machine can't perform all the tests your customers deserve.

Run a search for "hemp lab testing machine" on Google, and you'll be directed to plenty of websites that sell laboratory equipment. Enter your credit card number and shipping information, and you could have an order delivered almost immediately.

But will your investment pay off?

At Green Scientific Labs, we know plenty of producers want to cut costs and retain control. For people like this, buying tools seems smart. But let us tell you why we don't recommend this investment.

1. You'll Need Plenty of Equipment

The piece of machinery you buy is unlikely to run all of the tests your consumers deserve. Comprehensive testing for hemp CBD involves:

  • Toxin screenings.

  • Moisture control reports.

  • Cannabidiol profiles.

  • Heavy metal analysis.

Experts say you'll need at least seven different pieces of equipment to do the work that can be done in an independent lab. The one tool you buy can't do it all.

2. Calibration Is Critical

Every piece of equipment within your lab must be meticulously maintained and serviced. Skip these tests, and all of your test results could be compromised.

At best, you'll eliminate product for issues that don't exist. At worst, you'll release contaminated items and ruin your reputation for good.

3. Your Equipment Will Break

Every tool in your laboratory is fragile and prone to failure. Some scientists hold workshops to teach their peers how to service their equipment. But if you're not handy (and few of us are), you could be left with expensive items that just don't do what they should.

Hemp CBD oil lab testing is delicate, and the process can be very hard on equipment. If you can't fix it, let an independent lab do so for you.

At Green Scientific Labs, we're ready to help you with all of your testing needs. Contact us to find out about the screenings we can perform on your products, and learn how to submit samples for testing.
